Tbh not done any bloodwork and running with mk. Got some hot flushes in the first week or so but all good now. Running 12.5 daily seems legit and good to be willing be ordering again in future if and when back in stock. Also strength has increased a little but not expecting massive gains, only a month in and could be due to mk but am happy with the progress 💪
