Do you ship internationally?
Due to many issues we’ve again been faced with various countries around the world we have had to stop International shipping. We only ship with the UK going forward
Are the S4RMs legit?
Everything you see in our store is real. We work closely with the brands we stock and everything comes directly from them therefore everything is genuine
How many “research” capsules should I take?
PLEASE DO NOT ASK US HOW TO TAKE THEM. We can not and will not give any advice on how to consume “research” supplements as they should not be consumed. Please do not ask us which products to recommend as we also can not give any advice about these products so please conduct your own research before making an informed purchase. If you decide to consume any product that is labelled as “for research purposes only” we accept no responsibility.
Are your products third party tested?
Some of the brands we supply do come with a certificate of analysis but please check with the manufacturer for further information.
I didn’t like the flavour of the product I bought
Once a product has been opened and consumed we can not refund on this basis
What Shipping Methods Are there?
We offer two free shipping options, We can ship either by Evri Parcel Shop or Royal Mail tracked 48 (tracked 24 free over £50) which is selected at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been packed we aim to ship out your within 24 hours. Depending on the shipping method selected normally orders arrive within 1 to 3 days. Please be aware that delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a next day delivery service, once your order has been packed collection will be arranged for the following day.
Why can I not pay with Apple or GPay?
Due to payment providers restrictions regarding certain products we sell, we are currently unable to offer Apple Pay or GPay as a payment option at this time. We currently only accept card payment through our Revolut payment portal and PayPal.
