Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately due the amount of issues we previously faced with customs in various countries around the world we are no longer able to ship outside of the United Kingdom.

How many “research” capsules should I take?

PLEASE DO NOT ASK US HOW TO TAKE THEM. We can not and will not give any advise on how to consume “research” supplements as they should not be consumed. Please do not ask us which products to recommend as we also can not give any advice about these products so please conduct your own research before making an informed purchase. If you decide to consume any product that is labelled as “for research purposes only” we accept no responsibility.

Are your products third party tested?

Some of the brands we supply do come with a certificate of analysis but please check with the manufacturer for further information.

I didn’t get the results I wanted from taking your product

You will not be entitled to a refund on the basis that our products haven't provided you with the result you require as certain products we supply should not be consumed in the first place. We accept no responsibility what so ever if you decide to consume products that are for “research purposes”.

I didn’t like the flavour of the product I bought

Once a product has been opened and consumed we can not refund on this basis

What is the strongest pre workout you sell?

This really depends on your own experience with taking pre workout. If you are a beginner to pre workout starting off with something with a low caffeine content per serving will be better that taking one that has a lot more caffeine. If you are an experienced user, something that has a higher caffeine content maybe something to consider. Although caffeine content doesn’t truly indicate how “strong” a pre workout is, in our experience the higher the caffeine content, the stronger the pre workout will tend to be.

What shipping methods do you use?

Here on our website we ship either to an Inpost locker that is closest to your address wherever possible, Evri or Royal Mail which is selected at checkout. If you order on our TikTok shop orders are collected Monday to Friday and generally are shipped using Amazon but this can be either Evri or Royal Mail depending on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been packed we aim to ship out your within 24 hours. Depending on the shipping method selected normally orders arrive within 1 to 3 days
