We advise that you mix 1-2 scoops with 300ml of cold water or beverage of your choice. For optimum performance and desired effects take this product daily, pre-workout.
To maximise the effects of this product please drink at least 3 litres of water a day and an additional 400-500ml after consuming the product. Always start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance.
